Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [426]

Affinity-purified mouse monoclonal reagent supplied by Antibodies.com, clone 426 binds human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha (MIP-1α, also known as CCL3), a CC-chemokine central to monocyte and T-lymphocyte chemotaxis during inflammation and infection. The antibody is qualified for ELISA quantification of native CCL3 released into cell culture supernatants, tissue lysates, and conditioned media from in vitro immune-cell signalling studies. Supplied as a lyophilised 100 µg vial of IgG1 in unconjugated form, the reagent reconstitutes readily in sterile distilled water and can be directly biotinylated or conjugated to HRP for use as a capture or detection reagent in customised immunoassay workflows.
