Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [400]

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated Mouse monoclonal antibody recognises Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha (MIP 1 alpha). The antibody, clone 400 of the IgG1 isotype, is validated for ELISA and Western Blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human samples. It was raised against purified recombinant human MIP-1a and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The product is supplied lyophilised, formulated from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water. Specificity testing indicates that the antibody does not cross-react with M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-a or EPO. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
