Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [376]

The Antibodies.com primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal raised against Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha (MIP-1α), with clone ID 376 and an IgG1 isotype. It is unconjugated and validated for ELISA and Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is purified recombinant human MIP-1α, and the reagent has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, to be reconstituted with double distilled water before use. Cross-reactivity testing indicates the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-α or EPO. The product is shipped at 4°C and, once delivered, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
