Mouse monoclonal antibody clone 376 from Antibodies.com recognises Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha (MIP-1α, also known as CCL3), a pro-inflammatory chemokine secreted by macrophages and implicated in recruitment of monocytes, lymphocytes, and granulocytes to sites of immune activation.

Supplied as 100 µg of lyophilised IgG1 in an unconjugated format, this primary antibody binds the human target and supports both western blot detection of CCL3 in cell and tissue lysates and ELISA-based quantification of the chemokine in experimental samples. Because the reagent carries no reporter, investigators can conjugate the antibody themselves with HRP, biotin, or a fluorophore of choice for chromogenic, chemiluminescent, or immunofluorescence workflows adapted to a given experimental design.

Reconstitution in a suitable buffer prepares the antibody for routine bench use, and aliquoting the reconstituted material allows storage as frozen working stocks that tolerate limited freeze-thaw cycles while preserving binding activity. The lyophilised presentation stabilises the product during shipping and lets researchers dissolve only the volume needed for each experiment.
