Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [125]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com: a mouse monoclonal, clone 125, raised against Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype and unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. Validated for ELISA, the antibody is supplied lyophilised and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, formulated in 0.01 M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. The immunogen used was purified recombinant human MIP-1 alpha. Cross-reactivity analysis indicates the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-a or EPO. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double-distilled water, and the working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
