Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [116]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 116) recognises Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha and is validated for ELISA on human samples. The unconjugated IgG2a reagent is supplied as a lyophilised preparation and is raised against purified recombinant human MIP-1a.

It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated as a lyophilised powder in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. Cross-reactivity testing shows the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-a or EPO. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Reconstitute with double distilled water; working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
