Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [103]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 103) targeting Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha (MIP 1 alpha), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. This unconjugated IgG1 antibody is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) and reacts with human samples.

The antibody is supplied lyophilised and its concentration is reconstitution dependent; it should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is formulated from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The immunogen was purified recombinant human MIP-1a, and the hybridoma was generated using the Sp2/0-Ag14 fusion partner. Cross-reactivity testing indicates that the reagent does not recognise M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-a or EPO.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
