MINPP1 is a multifunctional phosphatase that hydrolyzes inositol polyphosphates and pyrophosphates, and the Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised against the enzyme in rabbit hosts. The unconjugated IgG is supplied at 100 µl per vial and is validated for Western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples. Researchers use this reagent to probe MINPP1 expression in signaling studies covering the inositol phosphate pathway, insulin response, and tumor biology research where the phosphatase has been linked to proliferation, apoptosis, and bone mineralization. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes, supporting reliable band detection on SDS-PAGE membranes under standard reducing conditions. Aliquot on first use and store frozen at -20°C; protect from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. Intended for research use only.
