Anti-MINA Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com and supplied by ABclonal Technology, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SLC30A1 (also referred to as ZNT1 or ZRC1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and ELISA. Reactivity has been reported in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Predicted functions of the target include calcium channel inhibitor activity and zinc ion transmembrane transporter activity. Observed molecular weight is approximately 70 kDa, compared with a calculated molecular weight of 55 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1000–1:3000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P, with a suggested ELISA starting concentration of 1 μg/mL. The antibody is supplied in PBS buffer at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and preserved with proclin300 or sodium azide. Storage is at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
