Anti-MINA Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to MINA, supplied unconjugated for Western blot (WB) applications. The target, MINA, is also known by the synonyms MDIG, MINA53, NO52, MYC-induced nuclear antigen, mineral dust-induced gene protein, ribosomal oxygenase 2 (RIOX2), 60S ribosomal protein L27a histidine hydroxylase, bifunctional lysine-specific demethylase and histidyl-hydroxylase MINA, and histone lysine demethylase MINA.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant protein of human MINA as immunogen and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. It is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Specificity is directed against the endogenous level of total MINA.

The reagent is validated for WB and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For continuous use, storage at -20°C is recommended.
