Anti-MINA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MINA is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MINA and detects endogenous levels of MINA protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~53 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The isotype is IgG.
