Raised in rabbit against the human MID1 interacting G12-like protein, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed tissue, and immunofluorescence imaging. The antibody recognizes the endogenous human target, a cytosolic partner of Midline 1 that has been studied for its role in microtubule-associated signalling, regulation of lipogenesis through interaction with Spot14 and acetyl-CoA carboxylase, and the cellular response to growth factor cues.
