Anti-MICU1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent is raised against MICU1 (mitochondrial calcium uniporter regulator 1) and is designed to detect the endogenous protein in research samples. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in PBS (pH 7.4) with 0.02% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol for stability. It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat specimens, making it a versatile choice for cross-species studies of mitochondrial calcium signaling. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Each lot is generated in mouse host cells and purified by affinity chromatography from antiserum to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
