Anti-MICB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for human MICB and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, intended for research use only. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with recommended working dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000; representative Western blot data are shown for extracts of various human cell lines probed at 1:1,000 with 25 µg of lysate per lane and a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–108 of human MICB (NP_005922.2) and was isolated by affinity purification. The target migrates with an observed molecular weight of 60 kDa. The reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
