Anti-MICA Antibody

Produced in Rabbit with polyclonal clonality, the antibody targets MICA. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24-307 of human MICA (NP_000238.1), corresponding to a molecular weight of 43 kDa.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide and purified by affinity chromatography, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
