Anti-MIB1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com that targets MIB1, also referred to as Mindbomb. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated liquid.

It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with the target detected at a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 560–860 of human MIB1/DIP1 (NP_065825.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended starting dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:100–1:200. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
