Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MIA. It is unconjugated and validated for WB applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MIA as the immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of MIA protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 14 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
