Anti-mH2A1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets mH2A1 and is unconjugated. It is validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and has been KO validated.

The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 123-372 of human macroH2A.1 (NP_613258.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified with a molecular weight of 40 kDa.

Storage instructions specify shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery and freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100.
