Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MGST2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 64-109 of human MGST2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of MGST2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
