Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises MGP (Matrix Gla protein) and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
It was raised against recombinant full-length human MGP and detects endogenous levels of the MGP protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 12 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
