Anti-MGP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MGP, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–103 of human MGP (NP_000891.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
