Anti-mGluR-6 (A865) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against mGluR-6 (A865), offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 841-890 of Human mGluR-6, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of mGluR6 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at ~ 100 kDa.
