Anti-MGLL Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Monoacylglycerol Lipase (MGLL) and is supplied unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent has been affinity purified and is presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-303 of human MGLL (NP_009214.1), and the target migrates at a molecular weight of 33 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. For IHC, high-pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 is advised before commencing with staining.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
