Anti-MGAT5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MGAT5 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 627–741 of human GNT-V/MGAT5 (NP_002401.1), and the target migrates at a molecular weight of 100 kDa. Affinity purification has been used in preparation, and the product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:100–1:500, and two scientific validation images are provided.
