Anti-MGAT2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises MGAT2. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 178-447 of human MGAT2 (NP_002399.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:200-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200. The concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
