Anti-Mfn2 Antibody

Raised in rabbits against the Mitofusin 2 outer-mitochondrial-membrane GTPase, this polyclonal reagent targets the conserved dynamin-like protein responsible for tethering and fusion of neighboring mitochondria. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated across western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows using human, mouse, and rat samples. Laboratories studying mitochondrial dynamics, ER-mitochondria contact sites, mitophagy, or Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 2A neuropathy routinely deploy this reagent to track endogenous Mfn2 levels in tissue lysates and fixed cryosections.
