Anti-MFN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Mitofusin 1 (MFN1), offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human Mitofusin-1/MFN1 (NP_284941.2), and the target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 84 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity purification.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
