A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MFI2 (also referred to as MFI2/MTf) is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unlabelled for use in WB and ICC/IF, with 2 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-200 of human MFI2 (NP_201573.1). The target has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
