Anti-METTL5 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–209 of human METTL5 (NP_054887.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and recommended for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific.
