Anti-METTL4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against METTL4, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human METTL4 (NP_073751.3), and the antibody is purified by affinity purification. The target has an expected molecular weight of 54 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The antibody is provided in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C and intended for storage at -20°C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
