Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and is directed against METTL13 in human samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human METTL13, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of METTL13 protein.
Supplied unconjugated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications. The observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 79kDa.
Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum via affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
