Anti-METAP2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting METAP2, also referred to as Methionine Aminopeptidase 2/p67. The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, validated for Western Blot (WB) applications with reactivity against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human METAP2 (NP_006829.1); the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:200-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
