Anti-MET (phospho Y1349) Antibody

Phospho-Y1349 within the C-terminal multifunctional docking domain of MET is the target of this rabbit polyclonal antibody produced by Antibodies.com. The MET receptor tyrosine kinase autophosphorylates at this residue in response to HGF binding, generating a phospho-epitope that recruits downstream SH2-containing adaptors including GAB1, GRB2, SHC, and PLCγ and propagates RAS-MAPK and PI3K-AKT signalling cascades.

Validated in Western blot against human, mouse, and rat samples, the reagent supports cross-species pathway studies across cell line panels, tumor xenograft lysates, and preclinical disease models of invasive growth, metastasis, and acquired resistance to small-molecule kinase inhibitors targeting the HGF/MET axis.

Provided as an unconjugated IgG at 200 µl, it can be paired with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin-conjugated secondary reagents according to the application. For best preservation of phospho-epitope recognition, store at -20°C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles.
