Anti-MET (phospho Y1349) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com targets MET (also referred to as c-Met) at the phospho Tyr1349 modification site. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blotting (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y1349 of human MET (NP_000236.2); the immunogen sequence is EHYVH. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 160 kDa.

Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquoting and storage at -20°C are recommended, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
