Anti-Met (Phospho-Tyr1356) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Met protein at the phosphorylated tyrosine 1356 (Y1356) residue. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Met around the Y1356 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Met only when phosphorylated at this residue. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA, and 50% glycerol.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
