Anti-MET Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MET, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied in liquid form following affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 518-840 of MET (NP_000236.2). Reported molecular weights for the target are 140 kDa and 170 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilution for WB is 1:100-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
