Anti-Met (Ab-1003) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the Met target. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1001~1005 (V-D-Y-R-A) of human Met, then purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. It recognises the endogenous level of total Met protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available.
