Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is raised in rabbit against MEST and is provided as a polyclonal reagent. The immunogen is recombinant full length human MEST, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MEST protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Affinity purification yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target corresponds to a molecular weight of approximately 39kDa.
