Anti-MEST Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MEST and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 146-335 of human MEST (NP_002393.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid with concentration specified per lot and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
