Anti-MESP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and targets the MESP2 protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is accompanied by 1 scientific validation image.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human MESP2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of MESP2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~42 kDa.
