Anti-MERTK Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MERTK. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is generated using a synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 500-600 on the MerTK protein and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The liquid preparation is supplied at 0.75 µg/µL in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are 1:10,000 for ELISA, 1:200 for immunocytochemistry, 1:200 for immunofluorescence, 1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:200 for immunoprecipitation, and 1:750 for Western Blot.
