Anti-MERTK Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MERTK and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 840–999 of human MERTK (NP_006334.2) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with four scientific validation images supporting its use.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with an observed molecular weight range of 150–200 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
