Anti-Merlin (T512) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Merlin (T512). It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Merlin protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-550 of Human Merlin, and the product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE), and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 70 kDa.
