Anti-Merlin (Ab-518) Antibody

Raised in rabbits and purified by affinity chromatography against an epitope-specific peptide, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Merlin at the phosphorylation-relevant region spanning residues 516–520 (R-L-S-M-E) of the human protein, enabling detection of endogenous total Merlin levels across multiple experimental formats. The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
