Anti-MER / SKY (Phospho-Tyr749 / 681) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against MER / SKY phosphorylated at tyrosine 749 / 681. Unconjugated and validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, it has been confirmed reactive with human, mouse, rat, chicken and zebrafish samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence K-I-Y(p)-S-G flanking the tyrosine 749 / 681 phosphorylation site of human MER / SKY, and the antibody recognises endogenous MER / SKY only when phosphorylated at this residue; non-phospho-specific immunoreactivity is removed by chromatographic adsorption. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500~1:1000 for Western blotting and 1:50~1:100 for immunohistochemistry.
