Anti-Menin Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Menin, supplied unconjugated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 213–258 of human Menin and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Menin protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 68 kDa.
