Anti-MELK (N449) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 415–473 of human MELK. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of MELK protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 75 kDa.
