Anti-MELK Antibody

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 412-651 of human MELK (NP_055606.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
