From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone P14-V) raised against melanosome, supplied as a liquid reagent in unconjugated form. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is validated for immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded and frozen sections (IHC-P, IHC-Fr), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human melanosome, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Ile649 and Val661. It is formulated in Tris-buffered saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is intended for storage at 4°C.

For IHC, a recommended working dilution range of 1:100 to 1:200 is suggested.
