Anti-Melan-A (P75) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Melan-A (P75) target. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 43-96 of Human Melan-A, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Melan-A protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 13 kDa.
